Public speaking involved the performance of one person (speaker, rhetorician) in front audience, with speaker assigned an active role, and audience – a passive one. At present stage, form public speech communication changes from monologue to dialogic is implemented types forms dialogue dispute, discussion, interview, debate, etc. Means dialogization, including questions (clarifying, rhetorical, etc.) that allow you establish contact are designed arouse interest maintain attention listeners. The development rhetorical skills occurs only case successful speech, is, achievement goal. In this regard, it makes sense consider structure preparation, which includes three stages: pre-communicative (preparatory), communicative (basic) post-communicative (analytical). purpose study determine conditions for forming developing technical university students’ course determining complex professionally significant students university. research objectives formed accordance logical sequence studying materials on issue, namely: 1) characterizing concept, content as genre oral professional communication; 2) identifying list factors ensure effective speaking; 3) describing methodology formation necessary implementation speech; 4) displaying positive dynamics skills.
